This is not a review, but features some useless information that will interest nobody. This episode, originally produced for and aired on American television, was among many anthology series episodes to be exported to Australia.

For example, in Sydney it first aired 16 July 1958 at 8:30PM, aired on TCN-9 and aired against "Sixty Point Bold" (locally-produced television play) on ABN-2 and "Dr Hudson's Secret Journal" on ATN-7.

It was re-broadcast on 6 August 1959 at 12:00PM, again on TCN-9, and aired against a heavily edited Bette Davis film on ATN-7 (ABN-2 did not offer any programming until 2:30PM).

It was aired once again on 11 December 1960 at 10:30PM, again on TCN-9, and aired against news and "Canberra Report" on ATN-7 (ABN-2 did not offer any programming after 10:30PM). During this broadcast it was rated "AO", meaning that it was considered suitable for adults only.

Adults only??????? Seriously??? No comment.

No kidding. That was even mild by Disney standards. What were they thinking? They probably got a bit unfurled at Lansbury in the tub.
"Oh, an almost naked woman! What's this world coming to?! Those darned evil Americans!"

But a fun episode anyway.

What's funny is that in just 15 years Australian TV had people being murdered via strangulation by pantyhose ("Number 96"), among other things. It's amazing how much changed in a relatively short amount of time.
